This single cask Apple Brandy is handcrafted on Bruny Island, Tasmania, in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our distillery and bond store sit above Bligh’s Rocks, in clear view of Hounds Tooth Rock, located off the coast of Adventure Bay. Swept by the roaring forties, Bruny Island is renown for its clean air and temperate climate.

The creation of our brandy begins with selected Bruny Island organic apples, which are then carefully fermented in our whisky distillery. Double distillation takes place in our Tasmanian-made copper pot still and the resulting spirit isthen matured in small, locally made French Oak casks.

The maturation process produces a dark golden, high quality spirit, with delicate taste of apple, wood character, caramel and spice.
